Ticket Registration

Register your Complimentary Ticket for PROMOTION WORLD 2012

Have you received a complimentary ticket or an E-Mail containing an eTicket code?


Complimentary tickets must be registered first in order to become valid for admission to the exhibition center. With your ticket code you can activate your complimentary ticket beginning in February 2013.

Information on Complimentary Tickets and Terms of Use

  • Registration of complimentary tickets takes place in a protected area of our CeBIT website, which you can only access using your personal login data. This is why we provide you with a user account. This also enables you to track the status of your ticket registration.
  • Complimentary tickets become "individualized", i.e. linked to your person, during registration and are not transferable.
  • You can personalize a maximum of 5 tickets (one ticket per day of show).
  • After successful registration an eTicket (using an eTicket Code), you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Deutsche Messe. This e-mail will contain your personal eTicket in the form of a PDF file attachment. Please print out the Ticket and bring it with you for admission to the show.
  • Your complimentary ticket is also valid for free local transport if you tick off the day of your visit on the back. You may use your ticket to travel on any tram, bus or train (2nd class only) throughout the Greater Hannover (GVH) region.
  • Registration is free of charge.
